Who we are
The Flow Replacement Library is run by Leonard Silver Ltd, 51 Savile Street, Hull, United Kingdom — the data controller for anything you give us here. Questions, requests, complaints: chris@flowlibrary.co.uk.
What we collect, and when
- Your email address — only if you type it into the form to request the template pack.
- Where you came from — if the link you clicked carried tracking tags (utm_source and similar), we store that with your email so we know which channel is worth our time. Nothing more granular than "forum" or "linkedin".
- Ordinary server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) logs requests to the site, as every host does.
No advertising pixels, no analytics trackers, no cookies beyond what the browser needs to load the page.
What we do with it
We send you the template pack, then a short sequence of emails — five over nine days — about cutting app costs, and the occasional note after that. If you reply, Chris reads it and answers personally. That's the entire use. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Who processes it for us
- Klaviyo — our email platform. Your email address and signup source are stored there, and it handles the sending. Klaviyo acts as our processor.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
How to stop hearing from us
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and the sequence stops. Or email chris@flowlibrary.co.uk and we'll remove you completely, usually the same day.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email the address above and it'll be handled by a person, not a queue. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), though we'd rather you told us first.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Unsubscribed addresses stay on Klaviyo's suppression list so we can't accidentally email you again.
